Administrative Support Specialist (M/F/D)
within our Human Resources department.
Your responsibilities will encompass assisting the HR team with a variety of administrative and organizational duties, which include:
- Overseeing the procurement process and managing invoices
- Tracking internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts
- Monitoring HR performance metrics
- Coordinating temporary staffing needs
- Arranging HR training sessions and events
- Updating our HR communication platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is suited for you if:
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy providing support to your colleagues
- You possess strong English language skills (C1 level)
- You are proficient in office software (advanced Excel functionalities, Word mail merges, PowerPoint presentations). Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
