Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sustainability to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for proactively reviewing design documentation to ensure construction risks are mitigated at the design stage. You will also support the senior team in growing the technical capability of the discipline/business and identify bidding opportunities across the UK and International Rail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively review design documentation to ensure construction risks are mitigated at the design stage
  • Support the senior team in growing the technical capability of the discipline/business
  • Identify bidding opportunities across the UK and International Rail business
  • Lead projects for multiple commissions across the UK and International Rail business

Requirements:

  • BSc or similar in a Numerate, Scientific, or Engineering subject or Higher Education/equivalent training and experience
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
