Job Summary:The Cluster Talent and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Talent and Culture team, ensuring the smooth operation of our talent acquisition and culture initiatives. This role will involve coordinating events, managing databases, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and organize talent events, including heartist parties, sports teams, and lifestyle classes.
- Manage databases related to talent acquisition, learning and development, and recruitment.
- Provide administrative support to our Talent and Culture team, including preparing name badges, ID cards, and other materials.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of talent and culture deliverables.
- Prepare and send contracts to candidates, along with required paperwork.
- Coordinate payment for recruitment agencies with finance.
- Generate monthly talent and culture reports.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar Human Resources position or strong experience in administration and payroll.
- Strong computer skills and social media savvy with an excellent knowledge of graphic design software.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Ability to coordinate and build a strong core of people who can assist with hosting events.
