Position Summary: The M3 Operations Functional Leader is tasked with the design, execution, and upkeep of the M3 ERP (INFOR) across international sites within the Transit segment at Wabtec Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the functional areas related to M3 Operations, encompassing Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Order Management, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Services.
- Collect user requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
- Utilize extensive ERP experience and sound judgment to plan and achieve objectives while fostering strong engagement with teams.
- Report directly to the M3 Operations Manager, collaborating closely on project initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a Functional Leader, Consultant, or M3 Key User role.
- Proven experience in M3 operations, particularly in areas such as Customer Service, Quality, and Order Management.
- Familiarity with interface implementation, API, and SQL.
- Willingness to broaden expertise into additional ERP technologies.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% based on project requirements.
Location: This role can be based at any Wabtec site in Europe.
