About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Country Sales Director to lead our sales team in [location] and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the juvenile products industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
