About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Country Sales Director to lead our sales team in [location] and drive sustainable business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the country sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and achieving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets

- Lead a high-performing sales team to ensure excellent sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the juvenile products industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
