Fortinet Business Development Representative I

As a Fortinet Business Development Representative I at Exclusive Networks, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to support the growth of our organization. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue for the company.
This role will report to the Fortinet Vendor Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential Fortinet clients within our target market.
- Recruit new and reactivate dormant clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Effectively present potential and dormant clients on the benefit of the Fortinet and Exclusive Networks value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and dormant clients and key decision makers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on acquisition activities, sales metrics, and pipeline activity.
- Refine new and reactivated client acquisition methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends and potential clients.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide input on sales strategy and tactics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients and key decision makers.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strategic and analytical approach to assessing individual client needs with a creative, clear plan to capture the business.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
