Business Development Representative I

At Own, we're on a mission to empower businesses to protect and activate their SaaS data. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in our go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline development and sales growth.
This is a full-time position based in our Paris office, where you'll work closely with our elite Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to target key contacts at strategic accounts.
- Qualifying leads by understanding SaaS application stacks and backup requirements.
- Exceeding monthly individual and team goals.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of product applications and addressing prospect pain points with Own solutions.
- Performing accurate account research and stakeholder mapping to uncover key thought leaders and corporate initiatives.
- Logging all activity diligently in Salesforce/Salesloft.
- Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
We're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 1 year of sales experience or those in the early stages of their sales career. If you're passionate about sales, data protection, and cloud security, we'd love to hear from you.
