Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain service documents
- Verify contract compliance and participate in contract negotiations
- Improve service delivery by analyzing incidents and problems and implementing improvements
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Provide reporting to clients on service quality
- Pilot and manage changes, including resource allocation and communication
- Manage client escalations
- Prepare, follow up, and animate project committees
- Manage project transitions from build to run
- Manage crisis cells, including incident reporting and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- ITIL certification
- Knowledge of networks, systems, and architecture
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and application servers
- Basic knowledge of PKI
- Fluent English language skills
Location: La Défense
