We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Pilot the project in all its phases from conception to deployment and ensure the provision of deliverables and services in accordance with quality, cost, time, and performance commitments.
- Ensure the reporting of internal and contractual matters to the client, particularly in participating in decision-making instances.
- Optimize the profitability of the project and detect new opportunities within the scope.
- Participate in the construction of new offers, ensure the renewal of ongoing projects, and propose new opportunities to clients in line with the business and commercial aspects.
- Ensure the performance of teams and their structuring (recruitment, management of the career path of collaborators) in line with operations and management.
- Experience in successfully holding the position of SDM, allowing the development of commercial and operational skills on infrastructure projects.
- Excellent skills in establishing client relationships and mastering the art of negotiation to ensure win-win situations for all parties.
