Position Overview:

Ashland is excited to present an opportunity for a Sales Account Executive within our Personal Care and Home Care division in France. This role is pivotal within Ashland Specialties France and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the personal care and household business operations and client interactions in France.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Implement Ashland's strategic initiatives across all accounts under your management.
  • Achieve the business objectives for your territory and accounts, focusing on sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Proactively gather insights regarding customer strategies and upcoming product launches.
  • Coordinate project activities with clients concerning product applications and development, collaborating closely with Technical Experts to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the regional strategy and account plans, executing them effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the Personal Care sector.
  • Strong collaborative skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, a positive mindset, and self-motivation.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and a knack for quick problem resolution.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficient in various software applications (Office, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
