Ashland presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Executive to oversee our Personal Care and Home Care sectors in France. This role is pivotal within Ashland Specialties France and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
**This position is remote for candidates residing in France**
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the personal care and household business interactions with clients in France.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Implement Ashland's strategic initiatives at the accounts under your management.
- Achieve the business objectives for your territory and accounts, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Proactively gather insights regarding customer strategies and product introductions.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, ensuring product application and development meet their requirements, in collaboration with Technical Experts.
- Contribute valuable insights to the regional strategy and account plans, ensuring effective implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Personal Care sector.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Proficient negotiation skills and a quick problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
- Valid driving license.
Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proficient in various software applications (Office, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
