About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability targets for key accounts and partners. This will involve defining and implementing account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Marketing, and General Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and their teams to ensure comprehensive and successful implementation of account plans
  • Directly interact with key customers and decision-makers from national key accounts, distributors, and public or private purchasing groups
  • Provide market transparency and drive funnel and forecast processes for accounts and partners
  • Apply corporate sales methodologies, such as Strategic Selling and Value Selling
  • Lead and collaborate with colleagues from other departments, including Finance, Services, QA/RA, and Marketing

Requirements

  • Leadership and accountability
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of market environment and trends
  • Ability to apply corporate sales methodologies

Reporting and Collaboration

The Key Account Manager will report to the national Sales Manager and actively collaborate with colleagues from sales departments and other departments of the affiliate.
