Design Build Search is seeking an experienced Regional Site Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing site-level operations for a portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets, comprising towers, rooftops, and DAS networks.
Responsibilities:- Interface with Regional Leasing Manager and tenants in the leasing, site design, and installation processes.
- Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple contracts as required, working directly with clients and supporting internal and external resources.
- Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice approvals, etc.
- Review and recommend tenant installation configurations on towers and in compounds.
- Approve tenant co-location applications and communicate construction notice-to-proceed requirements to tenants and contractors.
- Conduct site walks with tenants, including preliminary design site walks, final inspections, and punch lists.
- Complete all project closeouts, including site walks, punch list item completion, document scanning, site binder, and accounting.
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding proper signage at all sites and adherence to Federal, State, and Local safety, environmental, and zoning code conditions.
- Facilitate tower and building inspections, as required, and schedule routine and on-demand site maintenance and repair activities.
- Handle day-to-day project-level customer, contractor, and internal communications, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and nurture client relationships by identifying requirements, anticipating, and resolving problems.
- Monitor and communicate metrics with company tracking tools and report on a minimum weekly basis.
- Assist the Mergers & Acquisitions group with the auditing of assets being considered for purchase or site management opportunities.
- Interface with Lease Administration regarding due diligence package questions and other site-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
- Minimum seven years' experience in wireless communication development, site construction, and telecommunications construction project management.
- Thorough knowledge of telecommunication construction practices.
- Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual who is a self-starter.
- Demonstrated mastery in multi-tasking.
- Aptitude for success in a corporate environment.
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
The position works in a standard office environment and in the field, requiring standing, sitting, driving, and walking daily. Minimal travel is involved.
