Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the SaaS mid-market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams, including sales directors, sales managers, and sales representatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- 10-20 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Fluency in both German and English
- Seasoned senior director, VP sales, CRO, GM, or MD experience
