Job Summary
The Pilot of Industrial Investment Means will be part of the Industrial Excellence Center, Pièces Tournantes, and will be responsible for leading a project team to implement industrial production means. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Animating the project team, including various departments (maintenance, civil engineering, implantation, energy, methods, production workshop)
- Conducting studies to pre-qualify investments
- Defining the pre-qualification of investments with the client and necessary support functions
- Preparing the Investment Authorization Document, integrating budget, planning, technical, maintenance, training, SSE, risk analysis, and implantation aspects
- Piloting the establishment and writing of the project charter
- Following the consultation phase in partnership with Safran's purchasing department and establishing the Comparative Offers Table (TCO)
- Co-organizing with the buyer the Commission choice Fournisseur meeting (preparing presentation boards and justification)
- Piloting the order passage
- Following the design and validation of studies phase
- Following the investment fabrication phase, with the supplier and project team support
- Piloting the installation, qualification, and verification of the investment machine's conformity, ensuring respect for SSE rules and coordination with connected projects
- Organizing, piloting, and participating in equipment receptions (preliminary, provisional, and definitive)
- Validating and realizing payment milestones
- Following the warranty period in conjunction with maintenance
- Retailing the project
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher (or a technician with significant experience in the industrial field) and will possess:
- Project management skills
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- English language proficiency
The candidate will demonstrate initiative and motivation for multidisciplinary challenges. They will be a good communicator and have strong leadership skills to pilot project teams. They will have a good understanding of industrial production means. Significant experience in maintenance or production would be an asset.
Specificity of the Job
The Pilot of Industrial Investment Means will be required to work on multiple Safran Aircraft Engines sites (Le Creusot, Corbeil, Suzhou, Querétaro, and Hyderabad) and will need to be available for missions (trips to France or abroad to receive and implement production means). The role will involve transverse management, prioritizing the Gennevilliers site and occasionally other France and offshore sites of the Industrial Excellence Center.
