Position: Industrial Investment Coordinator
Safran Aircraft Engines is in search of an Industrial Investment Coordinator to be part of the Industrial Excellence Center for Rotating Parts. This position involves reporting to the Investment IBIP Pole Manager at the Gennevilliers facility. Your primary duty will be to spearhead a project team focused on the commissioning of industrial production machinery.
- Guide the project team, which includes various essential roles such as maintenance, civil engineering, energy, production methodologies, and manufacturing workshops.
- Conduct preliminary studies to outline investment needs.
- Finalize investment outlines in collaboration with clients and relevant support teams.
- Prepare the Investment Authorization Form, taking into account budgetary constraints, timelines, technical specifications, maintenance requirements, training, health and safety, risk assessments, and installation processes.
- Oversee the creation and documentation of specifications.
- Manage the procurement phase in partnership with Safran Purchasing and compile the Comparative Offer Table.
- Co-facilitate the Supplier Selection Committee meeting alongside the buyer.
- Supervise the ordering process.
- Monitor the design and validation stages of studies.
- Track the manufacturing phase of the investment, collaborating with suppliers and the Safran project team.
- Lead the installation, qualification, and verification activities on-site to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and coordination with related projects.
- Organize, manage, and participate in the reception of equipment (preliminary, provisional, and final).
- Validate and execute various payment milestones.
- Oversee the warranty period in collaboration with maintenance teams.
- Conduct project evaluations and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or be a technician with substantial experience in the industrial sector), demonstrating expertise in project management, effective communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative and a strong desire to tackle multidisciplinary challenges. Excellent communication abilities, leadership skills to guide project teams, and a solid understanding of industrial production equipment are essential. Experience in maintenance or production environments is a plus.
Role Specifics:
This position requires mobility across various Safran Aircraft Engines locations. Availability for assignments (travel within the country or internationally to receive and commission production equipment) is necessary. The role is primarily cross-functional at the Gennevilliers site, with occasional responsibilities at other locations.
