About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Apprentice to join our team at Pullman Paris Montparnasse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Participate in the creation of new menu items and specials
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in a culinary role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
