Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Client Service team as a Client Service Assistant. The successful candidate will support the team in their day-to-day tasks, focusing on client onboarding, data administration, and document dissemination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the alternative investments industry and work with a global leader in the field.
Responsibilities- Assist the Client Service team in their day-to-day tasks, including client onboarding, data administration, and document dissemination.
- Participate in the onboarding process of new clients, setting up clients in AXA IM referentials and setting up reports sending in AXA IM tools.
- Monitor the delivery of financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients.
- Support projects aimed at improving the service, such as new services, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate.
- Proven interest in real estate, with previous internships in asset management or real estate a plus.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity.
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English.
