About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Client Service team as a Client Service Team Support. The successful candidate will assist the Client Service team in their day-to-day tasks, with a focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Client Service team in their day-to-day tasks, including participating in the onboarding process of new clients, monitoring the delivery of financial reports, and supporting projects aimed at improving the service.
- Set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXA IM tools, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Support the development of new services and the improvement of operational efficiency, reducing operational risk.
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate.
- Proven interest in real estate, with previous experience in asset management or real estate a plus.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity.
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English.
