Field Service Operations Director

Applied Materials is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Field Service Operations Director to lead our Field Service team in France. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the business of Field Service Operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple sites in France, including people management, customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management.
- Lead large teams in change processes, utilizing project management skills.
- Provide approval guidelines and leadership to reporting managers in the area of long-term program, strategy, and process design.
- Ensure all Field Service Projects are completed within budget/deadline to meet customer needs.
- Anticipate future customer needs and direct the delivery of customer service commitments.
- Own the overall site responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the site maintains a workforce with the requisite skills and capabilities to meet current and future customer service requirements.
- Work with senior business group management team to ensure programs, strategies, and processes address high-value problems for the Business Unit and are aligned with the organization's direction.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
- Extensive and highly regarded expertise in your field.
- Experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
- High-level Customer Management experience.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Process Improvement and strong decision-making skills.
