Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the sales team and local partners to enhance business share of the accounts; Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new products for the managed accounts; Oversee the sell-out for your accounts: set targets, follow-up, and implement corrective actions; Ensure effective coverage of products and POSMs in the store for the account; Design and implement an in-store merchandising plan to achieve value for money for the brand and its product (online and offline); Plan and monitor promotions to increase sell-out; Manage key stores of your accounts, drive in-store share of the brand and its product; Foster relationships with retailers and business partners; Monitor budget and ROI for your accounts

Qualification Requirements:

Essential Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit; Proven experience in retail marketing of mobile phones, with management tool proficiency a plus; Strategic and analytical thinking; Innovative, with a deep understanding of consumer interactive experiences in various events; Effective communication skills, excellent coordination abilities; At least 3 years of work experience in mobile phones or FMCG, with chain-retail experience a plus; Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors, and dealers; English proficiency required
