Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Product Manager for security features is responsible for defining the vision and strategy of the product offering, monitoring profitability, and enhancing unique selling points. This role includes defining and tracking the product roadmap, analyzing competition, supporting client solutions and sales to promote products, creating winning offers, and developing marketing plans.
This position requires a unique combination of business acumen and technical knowledge, a vision for the big picture, and the determination to turn that vision into reality. It involves engaging with customers in the market to understand their needs and collaborating with Marketing support teams, R&D, Sales, and Regulations to devise innovative solutions.
The role also entails responsibility for the Security Features roadmap and its promotion. Tasks include enhancing the profitability of existing products, expanding their market reach, and initiating the development of new products.
Key Responsibilities- Effective communication with various entities is crucial
- Collaboration with ISI R&D or partners is necessary to define product requirements, followed by working with ISI Product Delivery teams to implement projects that form the roadmap.
- Engagement with ISI Regional Business Lines is required to contribute to RFP responses, define go-to-market strategies, assist in positioning the product in their markets, and communicate the product roadmap and features.
- Working with Operational Marketing is essential to represent the ID Documents product team within ISI.
The candidate should possess:
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the ID document manufacturing process; experience in R&D and/or manufacturing in this field is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of the security features market.
