Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at ID Moteur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the German market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Germany and other European markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or a related field
  • Native-level German language skills and excellent English language skills
  • Strong understanding of the German market and industry trends
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
