Axens est une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la conversion du pétrole et de la biomasse en carburants plus propres. Nous recherchons un Commercial Sales Coordinator pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente internationale.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les éléments commerciaux, administratifs, logistiques et financiers relatifs à l'offre et à la commande de fourniture de produits (catalyseurs, adsorbants et de services) dans le cadre du grand export international.
  • Assurer la gestion des activités d'administration des ventes, notamment la partie commerciale, administrative, logistique et financière.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions de support technique à la vente et les services fonctionnels concernés.

Compétences requises

  • Maitrise du Pack Office, d'un ERP tel que SAP et si possible d'un CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Bonne expérience des différents documents commerciaux et juridiques liés au grand export.
  • Un bon niveau d'anglais est indispensable, langues supplémentaires fortement appréciées.
