About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AG2R LA MONDIALE. As a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including artisans, freelancers, and small business owners
  • Provide expert advice on retirement planning, savings, health, and social protection
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
