Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AG2R LA MONDIALE. As a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including artisans, freelancers, and small business owners
- Provide expert advice on retirement planning, savings, health, and social protection
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
