Key Responsibilities- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement global compensation strategies that drive business results and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Salary Review and Bonus Processes: Lead the salary review and bonus processes, ensuring that they are fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
- International Mobility: Manage the technical aspects of international transfers, ensuring that they are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Benefits Management: Oversee the development and implementation of benefit programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in M&A due diligences, ensuring that our compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with the business objectives of the acquired company.
- HR Support: Provide support to the HR function on legal matters related to compensation and benefits.
- Executive Compensation: Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that are aligned with our business objectives and industry standards.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of developing and implementing global compensation strategies.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Language: Fluent in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, finance, or business administration.
