Job Summary

The Catering Sales Executive - Business Development will be responsible for planning and initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for AccorHotel. This role will involve determining effective and productive sales programs, building relationships with current and prospective customers, and updating knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by AccorHotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with AccorHotel's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven individual with a proactive and positive approach to change.
  • A team player, motivator, and self-starter.
