About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Amelis in Meudon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities or health conditions in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Assist with mobility, toileting, and dressing, while respecting the client's dignity and autonomy.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a relevant field or minimum 1 year of experience as a Support Worker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.
