Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to assist the Purchasing/Loading Dock Manager in sourcing, selecting, and purchasing goods and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating loading dock operations, stores, and invoice receiving to ensure inventory supplies meet hotel operational requirements.
- Accurately recording transactions on a timely basis.
- Collaborating with the Purchasing/Loading Dock Manager to meet quality and best prices criteria.
