Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Modular Units Project Manager (F/M) to join our team in Rueil-Malmaison. As a key member of our New Development & Transformation Business Division, you will be responsible for defining and promoting Axens' modular offer in the field of plastics recycling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote Axens' modular units offering in the field of chemical recycling of plastics.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Managers to prepare technical proposals for the supply of modular units, involving and coordinating with relevant teams in other Axens Business Divisions.
  • Work with the Cost Estimation team to identify cost elements and establish the technical price of the project.
  • Organize and lead project teams to deliver high-quality proposals and projects.
  • Analyze and integrate feedback to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • General engineer or specialized in process or mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience on modular or EPC projects.
  • Fluent in English and good communication level of French or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Rigorous, with good writing skills and ability to summarize complex information.
  • Strong interest in customer relations and commercial ambition.
