Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in France. As a senior manager, you will work across various industries, including Chemicals, Manufacturing, Power & Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors. Your role will involve working with industry-leading clients to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and manage existing accounts
- Discover opportunities to make our clients safer, more productive, and more sustainable
- Lead teams of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety and/or operational challenges
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions
- Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs
- Manage project delivery to ensure projects deliver the intended benefits
We are looking for a candidate with a degree/master's degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with experience in management consulting and previous exposure to safety, operational risk management, and/or operational excellence. You should have demonstrated deep knowledge of an industry, such as manufacturing, chemicals, power & utilities, or oil & gas, and the ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrial clients.
You should also have excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants. Fluency in French and English is required, and additional European languages are a significant advantage.
