Candidate Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication or Marketing (level 3-5)
  • Proficient in both English and French, spoken and written
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong research skills and relationship-building capabilities

  • Highly organized with effective prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities

As part of the French Executive team and in collaboration with the marketing and communication team based in London, you will support the Department Directors and General Management in France with various internal and external communication initiatives.

As a Communication Officer Intern, your contributions will encompass:

  • Assisting management in drafting and disseminating internal and external communications
  • Coordinating communication campaigns through digital channels, ensuring adherence to internal approval processes and managing content creation
  • Maintaining field presence and fostering connections with key stakeholders to gain insights into our operations and identify communication opportunities that enhance employee engagement
  • Supporting the organization of internal events
  • Reporting on results and performance metrics to management
  • Facilitating the implementation of communication strategies initiated by European or Corporate Management by translating messages and coordinating team participation
  • Engaging in cross-functional projects to advance our offerings in the marketplace
