Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager EMEA

Shiseido is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to lead our EMEA region's corporate communications strategy. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to enhance our brand reputation, build stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a corporate communications strategy that aligns with Shiseido's global goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and employees.
  • Design and implement effective communication programs, including media relations, social media, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and other relevant metrics to inform communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of global and trade media, including print and online platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
