About the Role

Circana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Specialist to join our European Sport Retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our retailers, providing them with valuable insights, and driving revenue within our accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with European Sport retailers, providing them with value-added insights and analysis.
  • Prepare and present market overviews to retailers, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyze retailer store activities and EU Sport retail trends, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Support the EU Sport Retail team in servicing retailers with ad-hoc analysis and implementing a monthly EU Sport market overview deck.
  • Liaise with other Retail Service team members, Operations, Commercial, Product, Research Sciences, and other support groups to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education background in Business and Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantitative market research, ideally within the retail/sport sector.
  • Experience working with data and exposure to Retail Panels.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative research and provide customer-oriented insights.
  • Naturally rigorous and organized, with the capacity to handle multiple projects autonomously in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and use initiative to propose new ideas.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Location

This position will be based in France, with a hybrid model possible.
