Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Account Management team, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance and revenue of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partner properties and qualify prospects
  • Sell the benefits of Homerez and negotiate deals with high-potential properties
  • Manage objectives and animate your portfolio of B2C customers
  • Implement pricing and availability strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop the profitability of existing customers by identifying areas for improvement
  • Plan and monitor client performance, and train homeowners on using our extranet
  • Evaluate KPIs and follow up on conversion
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian, or Greek)
  • Experience in e-travel and/or travel industry
  • Team player with a positive attitude, quick thinking, and business focus
