Customer Support Specialist

Safran Aerosystems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients through regular proactive communication.
- Order Management: Administer, manage, and coordinate orders in accordance with contractual and regulatory rules.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the execution of orders internally and maintain active communication with internal partners, particularly through participation in regular tracking rituals.
- Client Updates: Regularly inform clients of order progress, contracts, returns, and organize weekly order reviews with key clients.
- Collaborations: Lead OTD collaborations with clients.
- Financial Management: Manage invoicing and timely collection.
- Credit and Export Management: Manage the availability of documentary credits and export authorizations.
- Client Disputes: Manage client disputes, particularly administering returns.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bac +2 degree and at least 5 years of experience in a client management role in the industrial sector, preferably in the aerospace industry.
You should be recognized for your rigor and autonomy, facilitating problem-solving with clients. Additionally, you should possess rapid execution, client listening, team spirit, and excellent relational skills.
Knowledge of client portals (AirSupply...) and ideally mastery of the Infor M3 ERP system are also required.
