About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial performance, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Manage the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
