Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Engineer to enhance our operations in the PACA region. At Sophia Conseil, we transform concepts into tangible industrial solutions while nurturing a culture of creativity and advancement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Unit Director to pinpoint prospective clients, cultivate business ventures, and deliver customized technical solutions. You will assemble and lead a proficient team, ensure project achievements, and play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the business unit. Your background in business management coupled with a fervor for innovation will be essential in this position.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in a technical or commercial discipline
- Demonstrated experience in business management
- Established history of determination and collaborative efforts
- Enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenges
