Responsabilités

  • Assister le PDG et l'équipe de direction
  • Gérer les plannings et les arrangements de voyage
  • Traiter les rapports de dépenses et la communication avec les parties prenantes
  • Gestion de bureau et organisation d'événements
  • Soutien informatique et gestion des fournisseurs
  • Coordination de l'intégration et de la sortie des employés

Compétences et expérience

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le soutien aux cadres supérieurs
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration
  • Extrêmement organisé et orienté vers les détails
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
  • Compétence dans la suite Microsoft Office et dépannage informatique
  • Capacité à travailler dans des organisations multiculturelles
