Lead Global Sales and Account Management for Givaudan's Ingredients Sub Unit

As the Head of Sales for our Ingredients Sub Unit, you will be responsible for leading global sales and account management for an assigned ingredient group. This role encompasses business and sales leadership, as well as people development responsibilities for a global ingredient sub unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a global sales strategy aligned with the BU strategy for profitable growth.
  • Create Account Development Plans (ADPs) to enhance sales growth and profitability for key accounts.
  • Foster partnerships with key accounts, establishing relationships with senior management and ensuring top-level connections globally.
  • Oversee global Demand Planning coordination, price negotiations, and other sales activities.
  • Manage the Sales Team with full account and sales management responsibility to protect and grow assets.
  • Collaborate across global teams in the Ingredients BU and T&W sales organization to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing sales areas and teams internationally.
  • Knowledge of pricing guidelines within country.
