Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our technology, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key account plans to drive client success and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Provide proactive feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth
- Establish trusted adviser relationships with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction with our services and technology
- Plan strategies to help clients meet their objectives and prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- 4 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
- Superior project and time management skills
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness
