We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of HRIS Transformation to join our dynamic team at Believe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our HR processes, managing and optimizing all our HRIS tools, and building our HRIS roadmap and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- HRIS Roadmap and Strategy
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize HRIS needs to define, prioritize, and implement the HRIS roadmap in coordination with central HR and local HR Teams.
- Ensure HRIS consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead HRIS service delivery approach, actively participating in designing, developing, and tracking the implementation of the new service model.
- Define and implement HRIS KPIs to measure tools usage and identify action plans.
- Manage a team of 5 people, animating and federating teams around HRIS run and projects.
- Organize and monitor the team's skills development on Workday.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our HRIS (particularly Workday) and share best practices and knowledge with other team members.
- Optimize the user experience for employees' managers and HRs, ensuring the fluidity and efficiency of HR processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business, suppliers, and central and local HR teams.
- Ensure appropriate trainings and animate HRIS community knowledge.
- Experience
- Significant experience in HRIS project management (8 years+), ideally in an international environment.
- Mastery of HRIS tools and projects (Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, ADP). Certifications on Workday would be a plus.
- Successful team management experience.
- Excellent coordination and partnership capabilities.
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and excellent sense of service.
- Fluent in English, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
