Your Role: Junior Legal Specialist in Social Law
As a Junior Legal Specialist in Social Law, you will provide essential legal support to our HR team. You will work closely with HR managers and contribute to various aspects of social law compliance and employee relations.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on social law matters, including drafting correspondence and agreements.
- Assist in the preparation and management of disciplinary files, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the facilitation of social dialogue by preparing materials and coordinating meetings with social partners.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of representative bodies, such as works councils and commissions, providing administrative and legal support.
- Monitor the social climate within the organization, staying informed about potential issues and trends.
You are a highly motivated individual pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law. You possess a strong interest in employment law and human resources management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
