En tant qu'alternant(e) HRBP pour la région EUROPE, vous intégrerez une équipe RH dynamique, principalement située en France et en Belgique, pour une durée de deux ans. Votre mission principale sera d'assister le HRBP régional dans ses diverses tâches et de devenir le point de contact privilégié pour la gestion quotidienne des employés.
Vos responsabilités incluront :
Recrutement :
- Rédaction de fiches de poste en français et en anglais
- Diffusion des offres sur les plateformes de recrutement pertinentes
- Préqualification téléphonique des candidats
- Rédaction de comptes-rendus d'entretiens
- Coordination de l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs avec les équipes concernées
- Organisation de sessions d'accueil collectives
Administration du personnel et gestion de la paie :
- Gestion des documents administratifs tels que les contrats et attestations
- Suivi des départs et mobilités internes/externes
- Participation aux réunions de gestion de la paie
- Transmission des documents nécessaires pour la paie
- Mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH
Gestion des VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) en EUROPE :
- Recueil des besoins auprès des managers
- Recrutement des volontaires internationaux
- Coordination et suivi des missions VIE
- Publication des besoins sur les plateformes dédiées
- Accompagnement des volontaires durant leur mission
Développement des compétences :
- Aide à l'élaboration de plans de développement pour les employés
- Inscription aux formations pertinentes
Communication RH :
- Assistance dans la communication interne en français et en anglais
- Réponse aux questions courantes des employés
Ce poste est idéal pour vous si :
- Vous préparez un Master en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent Bac +5
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par le secteur de l'énergie et le développement durable
- Vous maîtrisez le pack Office
- Vous parlez anglais couramment (une autre langue européenne est un atout)
- Vous êtes adaptable et aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Vous êtes curieux(se), engagé(e), sérieux(se) et professionnel(le)
- Vous appréciez les défis
- Vous avez le sens de la confidentialité
