About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in France. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with French Labor Law, Collective Agreement and Industry Agreement.
- Coordinate with payroll company and provide mutation data on a monthly basis, checking accuracy and completeness of payslips, ensuring the payment is made on time and accurately.
- Develop and improve employee relationship management, dealing with labor union and employee relationship incidents, including but not limited to employee conflicts, labor disputes.
- Handle visa applications and residence permission affairs for employees, monitoring the status and promptly informing relevant parties.
- Coordinate with local governments, law firms, and relevant institutions and provide information or materials as requested to support local business operations.
- Develop and implement the compensation and benefits policy, managing the renewal of health insurance and welfare contract in our social scope of responsibility.
- Support other HR functions, including recruitment, employee care or others.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly of employee relations and compensation.
- Solid Knowledge of French Labor Laws and HR practices.
- Comfort with handling numerical data, excellent proficiency in computer tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in both French and English. Chinese will be a plus.
