Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Central Parking. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and maximizing the income generated by these customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform prospecting activities to identify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and leads generated by Marketing activities.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products or services and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate conditions and prices to conclude sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and meeting their needs.
- Define sales objectives with the Sales Director and strive to achieve or exceed them.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors by studying the competition, obtaining information from specialized press, participating in trade shows, and spending time with market players.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, customer information, and progress through regular reports shared with the company.
- Provide monthly reporting of activities during sales meetings.
- Ensure real-time supply of Marketing tools for lead tracking and return on investment measurement.
- Collaborate with other sales team members, Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments as needed.
Secondary Activities:
- Participate in trade fairs.
- Conduct internal and external training.
Required Profile:
- Hold a technical or commercial bac+2/3 background, with or without prior experience.
- Master written and oral French perfectly.
- Have a good command of a second language (English).
- Be autonomous, curious, and have a spirit of initiative.
Location: Nanterre, with possible short-term travel abroad.
