Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Customer Success bilingual to join our Customer Success Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our users in the use of our digital solutions, including training, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
Key Responsibilities- Train new users on our tools and platforms
- Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions
- Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of our solutions
- Provide follow-up and support to our users through various communication tools
- Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department
- University degree from a business school, engineering school, or master's degree
- Excellent communication skills and patience
- Good listener and problem solver
- Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing
- Rigorous, autonomous, and highly organized
