Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, computer science, or a related field
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT-technical field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in French and English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
