Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Counsel - Projects & Contracts to support our growth ambitions and sustainable projects. As a key member of our Global Legal team, you will play a vital role in providing legal support to Senior Legal Counsels and the Head of Legal Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal support on large capex projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions and applicable laws.
- Advise on full contract management cycles, providing solutions to support the Group's objectives and Global Operations' considerations.
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of a wide range of agreements, including purchase agreements, engineering agreements, and construction contracts.
- Support the Head of Legal Global Operations in launching governance, policies, processes, and best practices for contract management within the group.
- Master's degree in Business Law, preferably with a commercial degree (MBA or M Sc).
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Competent in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and storytelling and mind mapping tools.
