Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Civil Structural Engineer to take charge of engineering initiatives within the civil and industrial domains. This role involves leading a dedicated team of engineers and drafters, ensuring the successful design and construction of diverse structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the internal engineering team
- Direct projects with an emphasis on civil and structural engineering
- Design and develop industrial and commercial buildings as well as metal frameworks
- Ensure effective project execution, adherence to contracts, and preparation of technical proposals
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree with relevant experience in industrial projects
- Proficient in the design of concrete and steel structures
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
